This year's Autumn Lights Festival is scheduled for Saturday Oct 8, 2016 from 10am-5pm. Rain date Sunday Oct 9, 2016.
The festival brings over
17,000 people to The West Milford Area every year with over 250 vendors
lining Union Valley Road. It is the largest Northern NJ Festival
with enough to do that one day is never enough. There will be two
entertainment stages: one with children's entertainment in the
morning and local bands in the afternoon, and one
with local dance groups and audience
participation. There will also be kids activities, jumpies, rock walls, a DJ, a car show and more.
Vendor Applications are
still being accepted until Aug 31. The committee wishes to advise all
that they are still in need of more food vendors. Applications can be
downloaded at http://www.autumnlightsfestival.com/ but
must be postmarked by Aug 31st. Fees were slightly increased from last
year with a 10x10 vendor spot costing $75.00, Civic spot $25.00 (MUST
PROVIDE 501(C) 3 FORM TO QUALIFY for Civic/Non-Profit status) and a food
vendor spot for $190.00 which includes the mandatory temp. food handler
license.
"We are still looking
for sponsors for this years festival" says Erika Crocco Media and
Local Entertainment Coordinator. "If you are interested in sponsoring
the festival, especially if you are a new business to the West Milford
or surrounding areas, it is a great way to get your name out there. We
attract over 17,000 people to the festival & it grows every year
with more and more people coming from all over. This is a great
