Torta di Marmellata
Jam Pie




What you will need:

·      1 stick of butter
·      ½ cup of sugar
·      ½ cup of flour
·      a pinch of salt
·      2 eggs
·      any jam/jelly of your choosing
·      powdered sugar
·      9 inch pie pan


How to prepare:

1.     Preaheat the oven at 350 degrees.
2.     In a mixer combine together the sugar and butter for two minutes.
3.     Add the eggs one at a time and the salt, mixing well.
4.     Place the mix in a well-buttered pie pan.  On top of the mixture place big spoonfuls of your favorite jam evenly throughout.

5.     Put pan uncovered in the oven for 15 minutes. Take out and sprinkly powdered sugar all over top of pie. Put back in the oven for another 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the pie comes out clean.


Get creative! Mix and match different jams, nutella, fresh fruit or sprinkles.
