Mind Key: Creating the balance you need to thrive

Recently, Mind Key has had some wonderful support from a variety of different people and different backgrounds.  Everyone resonates with the need to find and follow your own path. Some of us are just beginning to understand that only by using our god-given talents are we truly being of service to ourselves and to the world—and that those talents are the very things that make us happiest.

The question is how to take those passions, talents, and happy thoughts and meld them into something amazing that can sustain us, sustain others, and bring abundance into our lives—in every sense of the word.

Tackling this question is a huge undertaking.  So many books, websites, coaches, and more have game plans for how to do this yet none of them have the exact key to unlocking your personal potential and happiness.

Here's the secret: Only you have that key.

We at Mind Key don't claim to lay out all the information you need in one place, or outline the exact path you should take.  Instead, Mind Key is about making these options available in practical ways. That's why we are such an eclectic mix of members, resources, events and information.

We're working diligently behind the scenes to bring together these resources, along with the information you need to make the right choices on which resources to use.  We're building a calendar of global and local events, creating a directory of businesses and experts, stocking a store of products and services to inspire, enlighten, heal and serve you on your way. Mind Key Publishing has created anthologies of informative and inspiring stories that embody our ethic and mission, as well as other upcoming publications compiling practical information and advice.  Our blog is our biggest project at the moment, and we are organizing it in such a way that it will provide more balanced information, resources and inspiration on a daily basis.

Balance.  That is this month's theme here at Mind Key.  How do you balance a life so full?  Full of everything from work, to hobbies, to family and projects.  How do you balance your passion and your lifestyle?  How do you balance chasing your dreams and keeping you feet firmly planted on the ground?

We believe that there are four aspects that help us maintain this balance; healing, creativity, spirituality and connection. When we are running smoothly, all of them work within each person in harmony and work together seamlessly.

Healing covers everything in the body from food, to exercise, and more. It also includes emotional and mental aspects of living.  Creativity represents the heart—we all create in one way or another: either through art or writing, through healing, teaching, dancing, or singing in the shower.  Spirituality represents the relationship we have with ourselves, our higher selves, and/or the universe at large.  This may be as simple as the sense of awe we feel when we step outside on a cool spring day, or it may be as complex as our relationship with religion combined with a desire to meditate while connecting with realms unknown. Finally, the aspect of connection not only combines all the other aspects, but it represents our connection to everything around us: from our neighbors and loved ones, to the natural world, to the manmade world, and even global connection through internet and travel.

Mind Key is growing rapidly, and we are looking to share everything and everyone that resonates with our belief that each person on the planet has a path they adore, and that path is the one that could sustain them and the world.

If you are interested in sharing your business, practice, art, events, or more with us, please let us know. We will be happy to highlight you on our calendar, in our blog, directory, store, and/or anywhere else that makes a good fit.  Please reach out to us and share so that we can share with others who resonate with us as well.

Let's make this a community to help the global community grow into the next stage of human evolution.

Namaste,
Danielle
